Lawrenceville House

DeNinno Architects has designed and with its development entity 43 1/2 Street Development is constructing a three story townhouse in the Lawrenceville neighborhood of Pittsburgh. The first floor is largely open with front and rear living spaces flanking the kitchen space. The second floor has two bedroom suites each with its own dressing area and full bathroom as well as an office space. The third floor is envisioned as loft space that could be utilized in many ways: family space, home office, exercise room, an additional sleeping space or a combination of any of these. A roof terrace is adjacent and overlooks the rear garden and the neighborhood. Ceilings on the first floor and second floor are 10-feet tall. On the third the ceiling starts at 8-feet high in the rear and slopes up following the roof pitch. There is parking for two cars off of the alley or in an optional garage.
