DeNinno Architects is providing design services to the owner's of a historic commercial building in the heart of East Liberty. Originally built as a telephone exchange the structure is currently home to professional service providers as well the restaurants Spoon and BRGR. Our scope has been to strip out one of the floors and provide an clean open plan space for leasing.
